This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this site, why, and what your rights are. We follow a data-minimisation approach: no audience-measurement data is collected without your consent.
Data controller
The data controller is the Projet Atlas Association (a Loi 1901 non-profit currently being formed), represented by Christophe Tétard, whose registered office is at 9 rue de l'église, 68660 Lièpvre, France. For any question, write to us at contact@projet-atlas.fr.
Data we collect
Audience measurement (with your consent only): pages viewed, date and duration of the visit, device and browser type, and anonymised IP address, via Google Analytics 4 (ID G-4WKFN0FLXC). Direct exchanges: when you contact us, join or make a donation, we process the information you send us (last name, first name, email address and bank-transfer details).
Purposes and legal bases
Audience measurement is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Managing memberships, donations and your requests is based on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, our legitimate interest in replying to you, and our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and consent
No audience-measurement cookie is stored until you have accepted via the banner. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is kept for about six months; the Google Analytics cookie has a maximum lifetime of thirteen months.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is never sold. Audience measurement is carried out by Google (Google Ireland Limited) as a processor; some data may be transferred outside the European Union, within an appropriate legal framework (standard contractual clauses and recognised transfer mechanisms). Technical access data is processed by our hosting provider.
Retention periods
Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of fourteen months. Information related to a membership or donation is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived in accordance with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@projet-atlas.fr.
Contact and complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
