InfiniX Linear Educational Motor

800,00

The InfiniX linear educational demonstrator, assembled and tested. The exact setup that lets you observe, with your own instruments, the core principle of the publication: the cancellation of a magnetic field by superposition, and the force that reappears when the circuit is opened.

  • Built to order — production scheduled on receipt of the bank transfer
  • Free collection at the warehouse (La Souterraine, Creuse) or delivery: €100 (France, neighbouring countries) · €150 (UK)
  • Educational and experimental use only — informed users
  • Open to everyone, member or not

Lineardemonstrator of the principle

The principle, in your hands

From the start, only one thing has mattered in this discovery: that it be verified, not merely taken on faith. This linear demonstrator is a deliberately simplified version of the InfiniX architecture, designed to isolate the phenomenon and make it observable: a coil wound around a neodymium magnet cancels its field from the outside; the circuit is then broken — not just switched off — and the natural field instantly reappears, facing a second magnet in repulsion. It is no longer the current that pushes: two magnets repel each other. No black box, no video to watch from afar: the exact setup, with measurement points accessible to an oscilloscope.

What you receive

Architecture Linear demonstrator — 2 stages of electromagnets with a neodymium permanent-magnet core
Principle Field cancellation by superposition + circuit opening (elimination of back-EMF at the winding level)
Structure Open structure: 3D-printed parts + steel rods, indicator bulbs
Instrumentation Accessible measurement points (oscilloscope, current probe) — instruments not included
Condition Assembled, tested and handed over running at collection
Audience Informed users: basic electronics and practice with measuring instruments
Plans STL files + build PDF reserved for association members (members’ article)

How ordering works

  1. You place your order onlineCustomer account or guest checkout: you do not need to be a member of the association to buy a motor.
  2. You pay by bank transferThe bank details (Revolut) are shown at the end of checkout and in the confirmation e-mail. Put your order number as the transfer reference.
  3. The transfer confirms the orderOn receipt of the transfer, the order is confirmed and the production of your unit is scheduled. We then tell you the lead time and collection date.
  4. You receive your motorYour choice at checkout: free collection at the warehouse (5 rue Hyacinthe Montaudon, 23300 La Souterraine (Creuse, France), by appointment, with a demonstration and handover of the running motor) or home delivery (€100 in France and neighbouring countries, €150 in the UK).
Warning — educational use only

This motor is sold for educational and experimental use only: it is meant to study and observe the implementation of the principle described in the scientific publication. It is not designed for real-world use nor for integration into any system, equipment or production. It is intended for informed users (basic electronics, practice with measuring instruments). Faraday Labs, the Projet Atlas association and the designer decline all responsibility for any use outside this scope. The buyer takes possession of the object knowingly and at their own risk.

Want to understand in detail?

The motor implements the principle described in the two open-access publications: the “InfiniX for Dummies” guide (16 pages, no equation before chapter 10) and the full scientific publication with protocol and measurements.

Rather build it yourself? The complete plans (STL + PDF) are reserved for Projet Atlas members — read the article and join the association.
